AEWE Meeting - June 11, 2014

JUNE 11, 2014

AEWE will meet on June 11, with leaders in Mr. Earl room at the BACC at 5:30 p.m., followed by student/leader/parent meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the mall.

This is the last large group meeting with important last details and information.  Please plan to be there, or send a representative if needed.

OTHER MEETINGS:

JUNE 19 - BAG CHECK-IN AT THE BACC - 10 AM - 12 NOON

Group gear will be added to our backpack, and then it will be tagged, wrapped, and left at the BACC ready for transport, with access to it when we land in California.

JUNE 20 - BE AT THE BACC AT 4:00 AM ON JUNE 20 TO ROLL OUT BY 4:30 AM.
